Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Views of the Clarion River and the Arroyo Boat Launch from the wrap around deck. Great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of the Allegheny National Forest surrounding the Cabin on all sides! Cook Forest, Farmers Inn, Historic Ridgway, Benezette Elk Herd and the Elk Country Visitors Center are all nearby.

This cabin is a great place for a family getaway in the Allegheny National Forest. It is easy to access on the main road, but still gives you the feel of the forest. It sits and overlooks the Allegheny River channel, in the summer you can watch fire flies on the island behind the cabin while you listen to the toads and bullfrogs sing. The river channel provides many opportunities to see wildlife such as ducks, eagles, deer, beavers, river otters, turtles and much more.

Northwoods Ln Cabin is conveniently located within a mile of Clear Creek State Park, & a short distance from Cook Forest & Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, ATV trails, horseback riding, rock climbing, & more! Explore Elk County & local historical towns with quaint shopping, wineries, breweries, & Elk viewing. Larger cities are within approx. a 2-hour drive (Pittsburgh, State College, Erie, etc.).

White Pine Cottage has all the modern amenities you want in a location that's convenient to everything ANF, Cook Forest, Clear Creek State Park, and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on FB/IG @whitepinecottage560 The cottage does not have WiFi, however Verizon cell phone reception is good in the area. Other wireless providers may be unreliable. During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
