First Floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The full sized kitchen includes all the basic needs to cook a meal and the large dining table seats 6 people. The front door has a key-less entry. Our Smart TV allows guests to login into their own Netflix or HULU thru our free WiFi. While our TV antenna provides basic channels so you can enjoy all the local news and your favorite programs. In the bathroom you will find plenty of fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Loft on Pearl: Walk to Dinner, Rooftop, Bikes

The century-old former storefront, the J. O. Endris jewelry store is now home to a spacious and stylish loft on the upper floors with plenty of natural light, open space in the heart of historic downtown New Albany, Indiana. New Albany has seen a recent revitalization and is just 5-10 minutes from downtown Louisville but with a unique charm all its own. Owners own neighboring Airbnbs as well (Loft on Market and The Wine House) for those interest in additional space.

4 bedroom, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, ( bedrooms on 2nd floor, none on 1st floor ). Our home is on a dead end street steps away to a walking trail, fenced yard, 2 patios, charcoal grill. Only 15 to 20 min. drive to Downtown, Churchill Downs, Hospitals, Airport, close to major highways. Near restaurants, shopping centers, grocery, liquor store etc. pets welcome with $10 fee per pet per night. Washer/dryer and dishwasher

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....

My place is close to Downtown Louisville (7 miles along scenic River Road), restaurants (Captain's Quarters Riverside Grille, Pine Room, Blackstone Grill, Gustavo’s, Prospect Village Shopping Center 1 mile (grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks, fast food, dry cleaning), Farmer's Market, marina, liquor store, expressways (20 minutes to airport). You’ll love my place because of the views & location.

Nestled on an expansive 80 acre horse farm, the cottage is the perfect escape. Hike the 30+ acres of woods that boast a creek and waterfall.
