The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

We provide practically everything you need; literally just bring your clothes, food, and if you need them power cords for your phones a limited power source is provided. This 20ft yurt is fitted out with cooking supplies, sleeping for 5 with room for additional air mattresses, cots, or sleeping bags. Guest will have to walk 1/2 mile.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
