This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. It features a full kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer and a nice open floor plan. The home is about 20 minutes from PDX, it is located in the Columbia River Gorge where you will find beautiful hiking trails, water falls, and endless water activities. We are 5 minutes from the historic town of Camas Washington, where you will find shopping and dining.

Relax and enjoy some time in the country in beautiful Ridgefield, WA. Experience a fully updated guest cottage all to yourself. We are in a private setting but just 35 minutes from Portland, OR. We offer 5 acres with a combination of mature forest and open land where you have great privacy and space to roam. You can explore many local wineries, beautiful hiking trails, local events or simply relax and watch the birds from the patio. We hope you enjoy your stay. (Hosts live in the house nearby)

Also, we are just one block away from the entrance to Salmon Creek Trail; a popular 7-mile round-trip paved pathway. Our studio apartment is located above a detached garage with a separate entrance. and is in a small neighborhood on a dead-end street - very private and quiet!

We have taken queues from Europe and built a traditional field cottage tucked into the landscape at the front of the property and surrounded it with mature greenery for an inviting welcome and ultimate privacy for our guests.
