The Old Schoolhouse at High Meadows is a beautifully appointed historic cottage set amidst a tranquil 50 acre estate of gardens and old barns. Close to wineries, breweries, the Appalachian and W&OD Trails and many historic villages (Middleburg, Upperville, Harpers Ferry) and only minutes from the Shenandoah River, this superbly decorated cottage is a wonderful get away from Washington DC and perfect for a couple or small family. Short drive to top Virginia wineries/breweries, state and national parks, horse shows, beautiful hiking trails, (including the AT), golf, canoeing/tubing/paddle boarding, and a swimming lake right beyond the deck! Our home sits in the peaceful community of Shenandoah Farms with stunning views of our little Spring Lake. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one double bed, and one bunk bed.

Red Gate Farm is a full-service, upscale equestrian farm, containing the Cottage, original farm house and 50 horses & ponies. Convenient to Middleburg and Purcellville, you are surrounded by mountains, wineries, breweries, and hiking, with horses right at your doorstep. All in the beautiful town of Bluemont.

Whitetail Summit is a spacious chalet with stunning mountain views, river access, and hiking on property. You'll have close proximity to 30+ wineries/breweries, the Shenandoah National Park, the Appalachian Trail, the Shenandoah River, horseback riding, and hunting preserves. Or relax at home, with an indoor pool/ping pong table, music nook, outdoor hot tub, and fire pit. We are family/pet-friendly. Welcome to my home! This house was built in the 1820’s in the historical town of Paris, Virginia! With lots of history and character this house still has some of the original exposed beams and hardwood flooring! If you enjoy the outdoors, wineries, breweries, and shopping this is a perfect location for your stay! Minutes from the Appalachian trail, and Sky Meadows park there’s plenty of hiking around. Famous Ashby Inn restaurant just a short walk away and many more amazing places!

Welcome to The Nook, a cabin nestled into the ridges surrounding Front Royal. The cozy retreat sleeps four! Enjoy evenings spent watching the sunset through the trees while on the wrap-around deck, or hang in the geodome as night closes in around you! We hope that you take the time to explore the towns, trails, vineyards, orchards, and river around you before meandering back to relax in your nook with a fire, a book, and a vinyl record playing in the background.

Whether you're looking for hiking, river adventures, ziplining, a day at the beach (Mountain Lake Club) or just want to get away for a little R&R our place has it all within 15 to 30 minutes driving. Walking distance to the beautiful Shenandoah river, plenty of space to park if you want to bring a small boat. Spend the day out in nature, then come home to hotel style living. After a nice shower, get the fire pit going and cook out! We love pets!
