Artsy and completely private bottom level apartment in our family home (shared entrance). Full private kitchen and full private bathroom in safe quiet suburban neighborhood surrounded by nature and wildlife (deer, rabbits, fox). Two blocks from NJTransit busses to NYC, walking distance from restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundromats banks, vintage shops, parks and hiking trails, 15 min drive to Garden State Plaza. NO SMOKING! We take cleanliness very seriously. Note: 6’4” ceiling height.

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Drive, walkway & entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) but bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

Our property boasts unparalleled views of Greenwood Lake and the mountains beyond. Our private garden features a seasonal waterfall cascading into a lily pond with fish and frogs. The shaded patio offers panoramic views and a gas grill. During the winter months, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy ambiance of our living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV, a record player and board games.

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.

There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
