The JoCo Zen house is a one of a kind getaway in the heart of historic downtown Clayton. This location is prime for those that need quick access to Raleigh and surrounding areas. Whether your traveling for fun or working remotely, the zen house has you covered with an office dedicated to be your workspace with Wi-Fi. We offer a large sunroom to find your zen with a morning yoga stretch or meditation. You can also relax with a book on our fully furnished deck while drinking your morning coffee.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Nestled close to Historic Hillsborough, your front door opens up to a forest with a trail running down to a creek. This newly renovated schoolbus conversion features two skylights looking up into the trees, making it feel open and bright, despite being a small space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and cutlery as well as fridges and microwave so you can prepare what you need. A shower and composting toilet installed inside.

Sleeping quarters features a plush queen size bed to catch up on some much needed sleep. Additional sofa bed is located in the living area for extra guests. Equipped with a nicely appointed kitchenette. Whether you are driving through I95 or need a place to stay while in town, this She Shed has it all for a comfy and peaceful stay.

Fully equipped with all essentials, it's ideal for a restful getaway or extended stay. Also if you bring more than 1 pet, there will be an additional fee of $25 for each additional pet. Lastly, please "NO PARTIES."

About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
