To the rear of the cottage is the iconic 140 mile C2C cycle path, which can be walked & leads into the coastal town of Whitehaven. Ennerdale with its beautiful remote & deep glacial lake, is only 5 miles away.

Several picturesque walks are within easy reach or can be a base to further explore the Western Lake district and beyond. A short car drive and you can visit a number of iconic locations such as Ennerdale Water, Loweswater, St Bees and historic Whitehaven. This property is only 200 yards from the C2C cycle way for cyclists and walkers. Longlands lake is also nearby.

Just 15 minutes drive will give you access to the coastal area of St. Bees and the port town of Whitehaven. Parkside has views of the Dent fell to front and the C2C cycle path is situated directly to the rear.
