Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Great lake retreat with a large covered and uncovered deck space for relaxation and star gazing. Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Master suite: king bed and 20 ft ceilings; Guest room: one bunkbed and one queen bed and TV with DVD player. Cozy living room and kitchen, wood burning fireplace, SmartTV. Good cell signal, wifi, and fire pits for s'more roasting!

This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
