An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Feels like the countryside within city limits on shared property with owners' home. The cottage has views of the acre+ woodland and a garden in front. Beyond the property, past the energized deer protection fence, there is a Duke Power easement and a ravine. There is ample, well-lit parking and a fenced dog yard. A small seating area faces the cottage under the shade of a dogwood tree. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Additional fees will be charged for violation of this rule.

This house is a great place to stay when visiting either Wake Forest Baptist Hospital or Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. It is one level and wheelchair accessible. It is a pet and smoke free house in a quiet neighborhood.

Down the street from a ton of restaurants and only 10 minutes away from Tanglewood Park, 15 minutes from Wake Forest University and Downtown Winston Salem. **NO SMOKING**
