Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. Paid Parking is $7 a day, Daily Rate (1st hr):FREE Daily Rate (2nd hr): $2.00 max is $7.

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.
