Serenity on the hill - Crooked Crow Farmhouse

This 1830 brick farmhouse is nestled on a bluff overlooking the east fork river valley. The setting is quiet, pastoral, and private, with the exception of occasional family use of barn 400' away. Home was remodeled in 2018 with new kitchen and bath and complete makeover. 2 large covered porches Bath is upstairs and stairs are sturdy and safe, but original and slightly steep. Well equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge,microwave,dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker. Bring ice. Nice Bocce court too.

Relax with the whole family by the pool, in the Hammock near the Koi pond at our vacation home. Located in Batavia, Just 2 miles from Jungle Jims, Eastgate Mall, shopping and dining. Full access to the nature center, fishing pond and playground that is just a walk away! The backyard has a full playground as well and we have an adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway. We are 25 minutes from Greater Cincinnati Airport, Kings Island Amusement Park, Cincinnati Zoo & Cincinnati Aquarium. Etc. Etc

Separate bedroom including Queen size Murphy bed, desk, & chair workstation. Full size futon, WiFi on front porch, TV, fireplace heater, a/c. Bathroom has sink & shower.

Flash Lodge

Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s with a fire stick. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

Upper level Flash Lodge

The country setting house will easily sleep 6 people and includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, three private bedrooms, a washer/dryer in lower level. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s all equipped with fire stick WiFi. There is 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. If you have over 6 people, you will need to book entire home Flash Lodge profile at a different price.

Cute, little Amish cabin located on the same property as the Flash Lodge. If you need extra space during your stay, this is perfect. Or book separately. Sleeps up to 5. There is a twin over full bunkbed. Also, a futon that will sleep 2 small people. mid sized refrigerator, smart tv, pure water dispenser, microwave, coffee maker. No running water in the cabin as you will share the shower house with the lodge guests. NO TENTS PLEASE!
