There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a feeling of warmth and comfort and a place to rest. Located in town on a quiet street across from the police station. The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

This is a private, very clean and comfortable room (with full bath) in the shopping district of Downtown Milford. Your view will find the river bank just past a city park and you'll be walking distance to numerous specialty restaurants and shops in a town with plenty to do and plenty to see. Fast and reliable WiFi, a flat screen TV with movie options galore, a mini fridge and and coffee maker for mornings on the porch just outside your door. Come for a visit, you'll be glad you did.

There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

Secluded home away

The place feels like a cabin in the woods. It sits on 11 acres with two ponds and an outside fire pit to enjoy. It has a very large deck overlooking the pond and woods with a patio table and chairs also a propane fire pit. Watch the deer and turkey as they pass through. All necessities needed are just up the road at Dollar General. It’s about a mile to Bethel and about 25 min. To 275. Contractors welcome.
