It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. This villa offers all the family home benefits with a private facing pool & SPA and much more. 4 bedrooms (2 are master suites), 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining table, kitchen, breakfast bar, a game room, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessible, close to the parks, shops, and restaurants, Pool & SPA heater at additional cost, Pool & SPA heater fee is 25 dollars per day. BBQ grill is an additional 45 dollars (for the whole stay, which includes gas and cleaning).
