Lots of shops, restaurants, record store, hair salons,coffee shop, pizza place, bbq, breweries and even a Waffle House within a 5 to 7 minute walk. Super safe and in a historical neighborhood. Room To park one car at the back of the house. Swamp Rabbit trail is 10 minutes away. 0.7 miles to The Bon Secours Wellness Arena 1.1 miles to The Peace Center 0.6 miles to The Hyatt Regency Furman is 5 miles.
