Cabin in the Shenandoah Mountain surrounded by National Forest on 3 sides. Inside cozy atmosphere with warm lighting and local landscape art throughout. Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . Conveniently located near Southern Virginia University. The Cottage is centrally located between Lexington, Glasgow, Natural Bridge, with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian Trail.

Mitchelltown Apartments-Stay and Vacation

The apartment has a living space featuring a couch and tv for relaxing after a long day of hiking nearby trails and a desk for tidying up some loose ends (wifi included) before your big meeting. 1 queen, 1 full bed. Enjoy your stay here with all the amenities of home as this apartment has a full kitchen and bath along with a washer and dryer combo. Within walking distance to some of Virginia's best outdoor activities. Gym access available upon request. Two night minimum stay required.

The timber frame construction, stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen and park like setting will take your breath away! It’s hard to leave!
