Sue’s Cottage is a quaint two bedroom cottage with a porch over looking the Heritage Trail of Madison. It is perfect for pets. It is a home to many species of birds and wildlife. Relax on the deck bird watching or stroll through the heritage trail & scenic railroad tracks surrounding the cottage, which leads to the river walk. We are walking distance to all historic Madison offers. We are less than a mile from Clifty Park. A portion of each stay is donated to local charity.

This floating home is located in a beautiful setting in a cove off the Ohio River. Drive to nearby towns and visit antique shops and restaurants in Vevay and Madison, Indiana. Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

My place is close to Downtown Louisville (7 miles along scenic River Road), restaurants (Captain's Quarters Riverside Grille, Pine Room, Blackstone Grill, Gustavo’s, Prospect Village Shopping Center 1 mile (grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks, fast food, dry cleaning), Farmer's Market, marina, liquor store, expressways (20 minutes to airport). You’ll love my place because of the views & location.

Charming one story reinvented home. Probably built around 1930 then undergoing many revisions custom fitted to current owners. Just a short while back house was converted to business office space. Then, once again restored to private residence. Now....typical of the 21st century, Airbnb/VRBO offerings. When staying here you feel the warmth and friendly energy of this house.
