Dunray Cottage - Welcome to Havelock North

Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Outskirt Escape

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

Just seconds to the beach

Our stylish private sleepout is the perfect place to stay to relax and unwind! Enjoy morning and evening walks on the beach or sit and watch the bird life, this tranquil setting will allow you to enjoy nature at its finest. Nestled privately at the back garden, away from the main house, you’ll find this open and airy room ideal for your short stay in Hawke’s Bay. Located seconds to the beach, limestone cycle/walking tracks or minutes into town to dine at the local bar. DOG FRIENDLY

Apartment set amongst Apple Orchard + E Bike Hire

" ‘Hamnavoe’ is our name for the apartment and is in Haumoana, 800 metres from the coast, 10 minutes from Hastings, 15 Minutes to Napier. This two bedroom apartment has two large 20 square metre bedrooms upstairs. Views over an apple orchard planted in Rockit Apples. New bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. Use of the house pool 25 metres away. Close to the bike trails and coast. Wineries within biking distance." We have two E- bikes. Hire is $75.00 a day and $40.00 a half day.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Quail Cottage - Napier/Hastings

Quail Cottage. Modern warm peaceful cottage in established gardens and vines. Nestled between apple orchards and banks of the Ngaruroro River Positioned between Napier and Hastings in Hawke’s Bay, it offers the perfect retreat. Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Good space for RV parking

Conveniently located in the rural outskirts of Clive village, 10 minutes drive from both Napier and Hastings cities. Close to shops yet away from street lights and traffic noise. Located next to the ocean, literally a stones throw from the coastal cycle trail Private ensuite bathroom, breakfast area in sun porch seperate from bedroom with kettle, toaster and bar fridge, tea, coffee. Premium quality King bed for the best possible nights sleep.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
