Există magazine, farmacii, stație autobuz/taxi, toate într-un perimetru de 100m. Spațiul este dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar, având un pat matrimonial și o canapea extensibilă. Locuința este de tip studio, 36 m2, cu balcon cu vedere spre oraș.

Also nearby is the agri-food market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, Carrefour Express, Mc Donald’s etc.

If you are looking for a city break in the heart of Cluj-Napoca or simply on a business trip, this is the perfect apartment for you. It is located near the Student’s Culture House and close to Union Square, the most center part of the city. The building dates back from 1717 and represents a local historical monument, therefore it’s architecture is completely unique, combining different styles. This is especially noticeable in the design of the ceiling.

It is a very small and cosy loft room, ( aprox. 9 sqm) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. The room has a private bathroom and equipped with led tv, more than 60 tv channels, refrigerator etc. Free Wi-Fi also included. Maximum capacity: 1 person/room. Please pay attention that this a loft and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studio.
