The apartment is located in central part of Cluj-Napoca equipped with private parking, it is very close to the polyvalent hall, the stadium, the Central park and 5-8 min walk to the Old center, located at semi-basement in an interior courtyard, away from the traffic noise. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa suitable for one adult. This 101 square meters special place with a balcony of 8 is right next to BT Arena. It is also close to Iuliu Hatieganu Sports Park, the Central Park, the boardwalk along the Somes river, the beach in Grigorescu and Rozelor Park; and close to the city center. It has also a purification filter with chiller at the kitchen sink for fresh drinking water. On top of that, there is one free private parking spot on premises with controlled access. On request, we provide a second private parking spot.

Cabana noastră din comuna Feleacu, județul Cluj, se află la marginea unei păduri, cu un râu care curge chiar prin fața casei. Este locul ideal pentru a petrece timp liniștit cu familia sau prietenii, beneficiind de aer curat și peisaje deosebite. Cabana dispune și de un ciubăr, costul fiind de 300 lei, iar pentru reîncălzire la închirieri multiple, se adaugă 100 lei. Vă așteptăm să vă relaxați într-un cadru natural perfect! Welcome to our Lower Level Oasis, a cosy retreat nestled in the heart of the city. Place located at lower ground floor on Bisericii Ortodoxe street, 400 meters from Unirii Square so very close to all main points of interest. Apartment is small, , but well equipped and we hope that you like the result. And for the coffee lovers we managed to do little something, perfect to start your day in the right note.
