Greenwood Homestead

Greenwood Farmhouse is nestled in the heart of the Catlins just minutes from the Purakaunui Falls. Once the main homestead for the working farm, this property has been extensively renovated over the years to what it is today. As a result the home is functional, spacious and very comfortable. The stunning gardens can be enjoyed from the hot tub, or while playing games outside, but if the weather is not playing ball there is plenty of room and windows to enjoy the view from inside.

Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.
