A short stroll to Moorings restaurant and Bumblebee Apothecary cafe. 5 minutes walk and you are by Lake Dunstan and the infamous bike trail. Access to the 45th parallel is a short drive or 20-minute walk away. 7 minutes drive to Cromwell township, 35 minutes to Wanaka lakefront and 50 minutes to Queenstown airport. Our cottage is self-contained and on the same section as our home.

Situated on a quiet private road the property is a three minute walk to Clyde's cafes, restaurants/ bars, gift shops, galleries and boutique movie theatre. The property offers three comfortable bedrooms with a spacious open plan living area. There is also a great outdoor area to sit and enjoy the long summer evenings.

Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.
