We are located 1.5 mile from Red Bird Off-roading State recreation area and 5 miles from Green Sullivan State Forest. Spend your day relaxing on the front porch, fishing from one of the 2 docks on the property, or bring your off-road vehicle along and head for adventure at Red Bird! We have a fire ring in the backyard-ready for relaxing evening campfires and story telling

Beds/NO LINENS Showers/ NO TOWELS Kitchen/sink mini fridge no stove outside grill, fire pit, and cast iron provided. Dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils provided. Things you will need to bring: Linens, pillows, towels, dish rags and personal hygiene items. We will provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap to get you started after that its renters responsibility. We have state certified kilm dried firewood for sale $6 bundle. Coffee Pot take both grounds and k-cups. 4 lawn chairs.

We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. Located in a great neighborhood on main street with privacy. Maximum of only four adults allowed per reservation.

Our private pool is open only to us and our listed guests at our two Airbnb units. We're located seconds from the boat ramp and a short drive to Cataract Falls and Lieber State Park. Pool is seasonal.

The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
