Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

A gorgeous one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of our home, fitted out with every modern convenience you can imagine. It is sectioned off from the main house with own entrance. The property overlooks lush grass, manicured gardens and resort like pool for you to indulge in at your leisure. Seconds walk from bus stop, cafes, park, IGA store, wine merchant. There is a camera in the front yard & back deck.
