Kotare Lakeside Studio

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. Bifold doors open onto your private deck right by the waters edge. Park your boat/jet ski on the jetty ready for your next adventure AND you can even bring your fur child with you. Outside bath is "rustic" Outstanding bush walks, water falls, hot pools, glow worms and only 20 mins from Rotorua. We wash your dishes!

Pool House

Cosy pool house offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Whakatāne, close to Ohope Beach. This two bedroom property has a separate shower room and well equipped living area with futon. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric hob, electric frying pan, slow cooker, sandwich maker and more. The shared BBQ, outdoor area and lovely pool provide plenty of opportunities for fun-filled family time. Want to bring your furry friend? Make arrangements with the host when you book.

Serenity Hill Cabin - Magical Views in Awakaponga

Set high in the hills of Awakaponga in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, Serenity Hill Cabin offers stunning coastal views over Rangitaiki Plains and the Pacific Ocean to Moutohora (Whale Island) and Whakaari (White Island). Relaxing Retreat at Ohope Beach

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat with less than 100m to New Zealand's favourite beach, Ohope. This home has been extensively renovated with modern new kitchen, double glazing, HRV, two heat pumps and wood fire - great all year round. Only a short 7 minute drive to Ohope's international golf course and Port Ohope is popular for launching boats and jet skis. Just enjoy a walk, with lots of walking and bike tracks in the area.

Bush haven private studio

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

Papamoa Beach Abode

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Our private location is nestled in the paradise of east Rotorua, only a hop, skip and jump away from the world-class Whakawerawera (Redwoods) forest. Relax in the private wing of a family home surrounded by lakes, forest and farmland. The property is quiet with beautiful views of Lake Rotorua, Redwood forest and surrounding farm land

Gorgeous private studio - Pukehina

Take it easy at this private and tranquil getaway with farm views and a quick walk across the road to the beach. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.

A brand new home to relax and enjoy what Rotorua has to offer. The perfect base situated in a quiet residential suburb. This house is spacious and inviting with its open plan kitchen, dinning, & living that opens up to a sunny deck area. With all the usual facilities including a full laundry, Ducted heat pump & electric vehicle charger. Please note this isn’t a party house and our quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

Ponga magic is a unique space, a pod made by Podlife located on a quiet street near the famous Redwood forests, tranquil lakes and only a short drive to the CBD.
