We have two internet providers on the property, both with 200 megs, and all routers with back up batteries in case of outages, in case you need to work during your stay. We are pet friendly and also we offer laundry service for a fee.

Sitting backed into the jungle a mear 400m up the side of a hill on a secluded private road, overlooking playa St Teresa from the famous surf break, Suck Rock to the North, down to La Lora in the South. It's a few minutes walk uphill from the main road but the atmosphere and the privacy is worth every single step. The beach, surf rentals and a grocery store are all in 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.
