I am located less than a minute walk, across the road from the beach and waterfront trail in a fully furnished, newly renovated basement suite (new ceilings, floors, appliances , Kitchen etc). This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.
