Luxury Lake District cottage for two
Tongue Cottage is a delightful one bedroomed property in Watermillock. An area of outstanding natural beauty within the Lake District National Park, only a mile from Ullswater. It provides a unique location for walking, honeymoons, or romantic getaways and is perfect for that special anniversary, birthday or simply for those just wanting to relax. Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

White Scaur Annexe, Bassenthwaite, Lake District
White Scaur Annexe is a self-contained, stand-alone building with a first floor modern apartment situated in an idyllic rural setting in the Lake District National Park, near the village of Bassenthwaite. Located off a private cul de sac, nestled in a wooded area, the apartment offers guests both peace and tranquility during their stay. The apartment has everything guests need for short weekend or week long breaks. The apartment sleeps 2 guests, and is best suited to couples of individuals.

Exclusive 3 bedroom detached home with garden
Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

This light and airy home is on the edge of the UNESCO Lake District National Park, a 20-minute drive from the northern fells or miles of peaceful coastline. Cockermouth castle is only a short walk away together with town amenities and main bus routes. Enjoy the quirky layout, with views of rural town life from the first floor kitchen diner. Sprinkled with artworks and books, a strong shower, log-burner and private walled garden, this is a unique place from which to base your stay in the lakes.

Wake up to a great view.
Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

Spacious cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 5 people, family, couple, people working locally. Fully equipped, WiFi and TV. A cozy getaway to relax in front of the log burner or a place to soak your feet after an exhilarating day on the Lakeland Fells. Have a drink in the sun trap backyard. Cockermouth is a great base for holidaymakers and adventurers alike. Close to the Lake District for walking, hiking, cycling, paddle boarding, wild water swimming or just relaxing.

Fabulous cottage in the Lake District National Park. This cottage has outstanding views directly across to Sale and Ling fells and is a short stop away from Keswick along the shores of Bass Lake, with Lorton valley close too. The cottage is within 70 ft of the pet friendly village pub and a similar distance from the local hotel and spa. The amazing views can be seen from the patio and the master bedroom, allowing you to bask in the delights of the best of the lake district.

Punchbowl Garden Apartment
Located above the Punchbowl Inn, an award winning, community pub that was CAMRA's Cumbria Pub of The Year in 2022. Don't worry about noise keeping you awake, the property is fully sound-proofed and the pub doesn't have a jukebox! With off-street parking for 2 cars and a beautiful garden, you will fall in love with this wonderful property. Please be aware that this first floor apartment has an open staircase and care must be taken with young children.

Superb views of the surrounding countryside, Irish Sea and the Lake District Mountains. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ideally located for walking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf or walks on the beach all within a short drive.
