Thoughtfully designed, the house has a coffee bar, billiards table, piano, and arcade game. Your private backyard has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ/dining area, hot tub, hammock, and amazing outdoor shower with a bamboo surround. Grab the surf boards and beach gear and walk or ride the tandem bicycle to nearby Cocoa Beach Pier. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
