All the bedrooms have TV’s and the living room has a large TV. 15 minutes from the beach. 50 minutes from Disney and the attractions. Free high-speed Spectrum Wifi. Kids friendly with large backyard. All the utilities available as you expect from a single-family home. Parking available for 2 to 3 cars outside the garage. The garage is not available for the guests.

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.
