Within walking distance to Cocoa Village which offers theatre, restaurants , cafe’s, and nightlife. We have kayaks and bicycles for those who want to enjoy nature. This apartment is located in a separate area of the house with a private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” smart tv, dresser, closet, and 2 nightstands. The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. No shared areas. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. The treehouse is a private getaway for a couple that want to experience the magic. Check out video tours on U-Tube. Type in Treehouse in the Cloud. There have been several movie and other photo shoots done on property. Please text request and details, and we can negotiate fees. Our other AirBnB is just next door; Country gem horses close to Theme parks [link] Which is 1,000 sq ft and sleeps six.

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee. Max two guests.

Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

This cottage is very charming! Stocked with Beach gear, towels and everything you need to relax and have a great beach vacation. Private location, just a short walk up the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier, also Port Canaveral as well as being close to Kennedy Space center. We also get a great view of all the rocket launches! Just bring your bathing suit! Not to far from restaurants, bars, an lots of things to do!
