Welcome to our spacious 1-bedroom home in the heart of Williams, Arizona! Perfect for couples or small families, this home offers a range of fantastic amenities and breathtaking mountain views. Our home is designed for comfort and entertainment. We offer plenty of shared amenties such as pickleball, an outdoor kitchen, bonfire, bocce ball/corn hole court and more! Please note, this 1 bedroom home is part of a multi-family property connected to other units. The outdoor amenities are shared.

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Privately tucked away down a quiet street, enjoy a spacious fenced backyard all to yourself with deck, grill and the wind whispering through the pines. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and full bath. Decorated vintage/modern, enjoy a blast from the past around each corner combined with modern comforts and amenities. Your hostess is a working artist who lives and works right around the block.

You will be in close distance to shops and spas, restaurants, movie theater and hiking trails. Rest up in comfort & feel rejuvenated! NOTE: Please be aware of the policies and rules of my cottage. No check-ins on Tuesdays. No animals allowed due to allergies. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottage or property! Penalty imposed. Thank you.

Bedroom features a king-size Tempur-pedic mattress; living room has a double-size sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need to make family meals, if you are so inclined. Historic Cornville Stone Church located across the street. Peaceful and beautiful inside and out!
