If you go north on 12th street you have public river access and a sweet walking trail! This little 2 bedroom home was built in 1927 and has been a labor of love to bring it up to date for all to enjoy! Please note, you do have to access the bathroom through the bedrooms and the second bedroom can be accessed from the deck or through the first bedroom!

This is a bright & cheerful space! Guests will have the house to themselves. New lawn and landscaping! The kitchen has all appliances & dishes. Coffee, tea & basic spices are available for your use. There is a Firestick TV with Netflix, other apps & dvd player. There are bathrooms on each level. Both bedrooms are in the basement, which stays cool in summer. Upstairs there is an a/c unit.
