Golf all around us, Sledding in town on Cherry Hill, Skiing 30 min to Kellog, Silverwood 30min Great location for all amenities and attractions. Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
