Neighbours - there are none within sight. The Shack is off grid with rainwater tanks, solar panels and 12v battery bank. Stove, hot water and fridge/freezer are powered by bottled gas. The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
