Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. Dining, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, walk in shower & rain head. With private jetty for river access, enjoy a swim, kayak, SUP or to tie your boat to. Easy 1.2km walk into the town of Urunga and it's beautiful boardwalk. The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.
