One bedroom self contained and well appointed apartment situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport and a short walk from restaurants, shops and the beach. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Location! Fresh , stylish and comfortable self contained 1 bedroom studio located on main road in the heart of the harbour. Stroll down the jetty strip and grab a coffee or dine at the many great restaurants! Jetty theatre less then 100metres. Great walking and bicycle paths all around the coastline. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.

You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
