Hillcrest is a private, spacious home in a quiet, safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, nestled high on a hill surrounded by wooded privacy. The vaulted ceilings, towering windows, and hardwood floors will make this space ideal for your vacation. You'll love the close proximity to the areas premier amenities including Tioga Beach on Pokegama Lake. Grand Rapids' myriad amenities, and of course, over 1,000 lakes in the county make this a spectacular place to explore with your family and friends.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Little Bass Lake Cabin

Lakefront cabin with plenty of deck space to soak up the sun and a sandy lake for great swimming! Two kayaks available for use at no extra charge. Roast s'mores at the fire pit or explore nearby downtown Grand Rapids just minutes away. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms; 2 queen bedrooms and a full/twin bunk bed. House has all comforts of home with high speed WiFi, smart TV, stainless appliances, and memory foam mattresses. Enjoy our cozy escape in northern Minnesota!

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is centrally located with what Grand Rapids has to offer. You will be close to everything when you stay at this home, it is walking distance to Crystal Lake, MesabiTrail, Reif center, Yanmar arena, local breweries, shopping, antique shops and close to downtown. Snowmobile trail is a short ride across the lake. A park is conveniently located just a half a block from the house. After a busy day you can enjoy the fire pit, spacious deck, board games and game room.

Modern 1-Bedroom, Prime Downtown Spot (North Unit)

Everything is convenient from this newly-built, clean, one-bedroom in downtown Grand Rapids. The condo-style building has two side-by-side units, this listing is for the north unit. Your stay features a king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, 55" HDTV, fast WiFi, and a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. From here, you are just blocks to restaurants, shops, the Reif Center, the IRA Civic Center, snowmobile trailheads, and all Grand Rapids has to offer.
