River House with private access to the River

Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

Inserida numa aldeia de xisto, casa com todas as comodidades e muito acolhedora. O que vai ouvir por aqui é apenas o riacho que passa perto da casa e o chilrear dos passarinhos. Perto das várias praias fluviais. O terraço dispõe de churrasqueira e jacuzzi com água aquecida e exclusivo da casa. Lareira na sala. Máq roupa, forno, fogão, microondas, chaleira, tostadeira, frigorífico, congelador, máq café, termo acum, aquecedor de toalhas... A 30 minutos de Piódão e a 1h.30m da Serra da Estrela.

Casa Béluga 1 -Terrasse vue océan • Plages à 400 m

Avec sa superbe vue sur l’océan et son espace détente réservé sur la terrasse, Casa Béluga 1 est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre dans notre belle Figueira. Très lumineux, l’appartement est situé au 2ᵉ étage. Il se compose d’une charmante chambre bleue avec vue dégagée sur le jardin, d’un salon avec TV écran plat et kitchenette équipée, d’une salle d’eau avec WC, ainsi que du Wi-Fi gratuit Casa Béluga 1 est situé à côté de Casa Béluga 2 ; les deux logements sont totalement indépendants.

Rodeada de uma paisagem única pode observar a roda de regadio e a moenda ainda em atividade. O parque de merendas com churrasqueira e campo de jogos são também uma atração para quem nos visita. Tipo estúdio para duas pessoas a 150 metros da praia de Buarcos. Acesso por escadas. Próximo existem restaurantes, supermercado, lojas e parques de estacionamento. Na marginal da praia podemos fazer caminhadas ou corrida. Tem terraço com vista para o mar, é muito agradável para observar o pôr do sol. No interior tem ar condicionado e o bloco de cozinha está equipado. O meu espaço é bom para casais ou estadias individuais. Taxa turística 1,5€ por pessoa por noite (máximo 7 noites)

Here we are able to enjoy unique and different Sunsets every day. Tourist tax of 2€ per adult, per night (not included) up to a maximum of 7 nights. On the check-in date, all guests will be asked to provide identification in order to comply with the legal requirements of Portuguese legislation.
