A little piece of Heaven is what my dad always called it! The basement has been turned into a nice, private living area created for fishermen, guest visiting our Fame recording studio or the ultimate family vacation. If you have a little one we can also furnish a crib, high chair and possibly other necessities you may need to make your trip a little lighter! You have your own deck halfway to the water and full access to the pier. Also provide as many life jackets that you may need. Steenson Hollow marina and boat ramp is located 2 doors down for easy access for the boaters. Cleats, bumpers and ladders are also located on the pier. For history lovers Wilson Dam is just right around the corner, which is also a great place to pick up some gorgeous driftwood. We guarantee you will love it as much as we do!

The Cowboy Cottage is the perfect getaway for couples that enjoy nature and the countryside. A gated entrance will lead you to a quiet, peaceful, and private place to enjoy. This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

You'll enjoy all the amenities from the time you pull up outside like a boat charging station, games such as horseshoes and cornhole in the courtyard, wrap around deck, 270 ft. of shore, multilevel pier, and a waterfront view that will take your breath away! Inside, the amenities continue with beautifully decorated living areas with all the awesome views of the water. Two bedrooms and a bath on the main level and a bunkroom and a bath downstairs. Welcome to Maw's Cottage. My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.
