Just 1 mile from the beach, Tughall Steads is nestled between Newton by the Sea and Beadnell. Just a 5 minute drive gets you to both. Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Great base to explore Northumberland coast & for touring the Borders, by car, foot or bike. The cottage is one level with 2 bedrooms , a kingsized with ensuite shower room, a twin room & a family bathroom. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing in, looking out onto the south facing patio & pet friendly enclosed garden. Enjoy indoor & alfresco eating areas. Ample parking for two cars.

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Recently renovated semi detached cottage on our working farm. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Large living room, shower room and kitchen with dining area. Underfloor heating throughout the property. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland.
