La villa es totalmente independiente, cuenta con su propio estacionamiento, tiene un pequeño refrigerador, cafetera, aire acondicionado, tv, terraza, etc. El jardín del coto Casa Comalli es muy grande y tiene una gran diversidad de flora y fauna así como también una excelente ubicación en el pueblo. La alberca está climatizada, tiene agua caliente.

There are only 24 units in the condo and most of the time you'll find the pool & beach just for yourself and friends. Walking distance to golf.
