Owl house- a cozy two bedroom cottage on 2 private acres in the Goldstream Valley. Clean city water is delivered to the home's holding tank, and there is a washer and dryer and deep bathtub/shower. In the country (great for viewing Northern Lights), but just 4.5 miles from town. There are restaurants nearby for nights out, and a full kitchen so that you can also enjoy a night in. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
