Easy access to Hwy 6 and Texas Avenue! It's a peacefully-perfect and roomy gathering place for families and friends (but please be advised, this is NOT A "PARTY HOUSE." )

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. We welcome pets, and charge a pet fee of $125 per stay. Just tell us with your request to book and we'll update your quote. We allow special event gatherings. Gatherings larger than 20 require an additional $50 event cleaning fee. Aggie Ring Dunk events may not be booked by students. Aggie parents must book & are required to stay at the property for these events. Thank you for your understanding.

7F Lodge - Mexico

The Mexico Cabin is designed to look like an aristocratic Mexican bungalow. It has weeping plaster walls and a latillo ceiling. There is a lion’s cage door turned sideways to make a headboard on the queen-sized bed. The feature point of this room is a red, two–person heart–shaped Jacuzzi tub for two, which is backed up into a corner beneath a Virgin of Guadalupe Shrine. This cabin has Mexican tile and a hand painted Mexican sink. The large back porch with a hammock is great for relaxing.

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Included: small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, and a few basic items for breakfast for guests with short-term stays. Since discounts are offered to guests for longer stays, breakfast is not included with them. WANT ANOTHER BED AND A DEN?? We also offer Cody’s Quarters suite!

Open concept, modern home with warm and comfortable atmosphere. Designed for executive and business travelers, getaway couples, weekenders, Aggie sport fanatics and chefs. Very quiet, secure neighborhood across from Traditions development entrance off of Villa Maria and less than 2 miles from TAMU campus and Kyle field and just minutes from Rellis campus. We own and manage this property and we are available at all times 24/7 via cellphone or messaging.

Ben’s Dairy Barn in Aggieland

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.

Kitchen available however cooking is not permitted other than microwave and broiler. The price is set at $149 per room per night to accommodate up to 5 guests.
