Cozy Cottage 2BR - peaceful while convenient

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people. Bedroom with full bed, Sleeper-Sofa in livingroom, folds out to full bed, and twin cot available. Serene setting Located 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center. Two night minimum PSU game weekends. Take time to enjoy what Happy Valley has to offer, & take time to relax while you experience the peaceful setting of your location. Bus stops on street corner near rental. Absolutely NO SMOKING

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)
