Our large, stream-side, historic 1870’s home features spacious rooms and a lovely garden with a bridge over a private stream. Enjoy coffee & brunch from the cafe next door. A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Military Museum and a few minutes from Tussey Mountain Ski and PSU. Enjoy great wifi and Pa. History at our home. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our ratings in reviews.

Our home is nested on top of a hill in beautiful Lemont on a private, half-acre, lot located 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Freshly renovated mobile home that comfortably sleeps 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen and another with two twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen,there is also a large backyard perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries with a bus stop at the bottom of the road

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!
