This unit is on the ground floor of our home. We live upstairs with our 2 children.

This quiet cottage is nestled amongst mature native trees in iconic Totara Avenue, 10 mins from Collingwood, and overlooking a tidal estuary and bush-clad hills, with the beach just over the road. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living area is private and sunny. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and two singles in a bunk. Kōtuku has a wooden deck along two sides, where you can sit and enjoy the view, or you can watch the tides from a private jetty.

We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. Beautiful Tata Beach, Golden Bay. Our little cottage is tucked close into Tata Beach, just a short stroll for your morning dip. Warm and sunny, this clean and easy care space is the perfect place to come to unwind, relax and allow nature to wrap its blanket around you. We have kept the space simple and uncluttered and love the simplicity of the cottage. With some recycled building products, no fussy modern ornaments, no chairs and tables this is a small and uncomplicated place to relax.

Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park.
