29 Ebden – Architectural Home in Hobart’s North

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Mountain view retreat, 12 min drive to Hobart CBD

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

‘the float shed’ is a unique, suitable for adults only, absolute waterfront, floating, fully self contained modern studio apartment, relax and watch the wildlife swim past. Situated 10mins from the city of Hobart, Salamanca Place and Mt Wellington. 2-5mins to bakeries, shops, food, laundromat, fuel & bottle shop. Less than 1 min walk to great food at the BrewLab. A great base to explore, 10mins drive to the famous Mona, 25mins to the Historic town of Richmond and the Coal River wine trail.

With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Adorable self-contained Guest Studio West Hobart

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room. The garden features English trees planted in colonial settlement days circa 1807 to 1850. Excellent shopping opportunities within 5 kilometres; 45 minutes to Hobart: 1hour to airport; 20 minutes to Mount Field National Park. On farm produce available in season in an area of growing culinary endeavour.

A short hop to the Derwent River Esplanade Walk (GASP) picnic areas, Yacht Club, shops, Derwent Entertainment Centre (Mystate Arena), River and Mountain views to be enjoyed while on your quiet riverside stroll. Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.
