This 4 bedroom/3 bath custom home is at the end of a quiet lane and sits on a point of land between the Potomac River and Blackbeard’s Pond, making for magnificent river views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

The River House, a Wicomico Beach Retreat

Located right on the water of the Wicomico River with a private sandy beach, The River House will become your favorite retreat! This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Escape the busy life to our peaceful waterfront home with amazing view of the Potomac River! Enjoy a cup of coffee while watch the sun rise over the horizon! Kayak and fish right from the backyard! The house features fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with clean linens, small washer & dryer, & patio for outdoor dining. Feel free to use 2 person kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs!

Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm. Relax to 180 degree riverviews on the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs.

This home is located on one of the best rockfish locations on the Potomac called King Copsico. Fishing species including blue crabs, reddrum, flounder, bass, sea trout and more.

Bell House

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!
