The house features fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with clean linens, small washer & dryer, & patio for outdoor dining. Feel free to use 2 person kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs!

This 4 bedroom/3 bath custom home is at the end of a quiet lane and sits on a point of land between the Potomac River and Blackbeard’s Pond, making for magnificent river views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Experience luxury in this Tiny House Container at Monroe Bay Winery. Surrounded by lush farm land and situated by the tranquil waters of Monroe Bay, this high-end Tiny House offers a full bathroom with a spacious shower and modern wall-hung toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and farm sink. The sofa doubles as a comfortable pull-out bed for two. Stay cool with air conditioning or enjoy the breeze by opening the container doors with bug netting.

Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia!

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!
