Completely private entrance with key code entry only one block from best part of Warren Street. Walk to shops and restaurants. New renovation, high ceilings, well appointed. Spa-like bath with double shower. Comfortable living room, bedroom and living room with cable. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our home. Dads John and Daniel and our daughter, Patsy welcome you and want to make sure you have a great stay. And don't worry, the toddler is asleep by 8 pm.

This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

Captain's Quarters at Mickey's Marina

The Captain's Quarters is a one-of-a-kind rental experience at Copake Lake. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features high ceilings and spacious living areas with a fresh take on the lake house aesthetic. Enjoy our open kitchen, living and dining area thoughtfully appointed with an island bar, large table and comfortable seating area. In the morning, sip your coffee or tea out on the front porch as you take in the lakeside views!

Sunny Duplex at the old boarding house

Charming big vintage apartment in an old boarding house from 1900. It's a Greek Revival house on a country lane at the foot of the Berkshires. Master bedroom and full bath are downstairs, where there is also a lovely living room, fully stocked kitchen and mudroom with washer/dryer. Note that the attic bedroom gets closed in the wintertime. Small front sitting porch, big side lawn and flowery backyard with grill and table.

Private En Suite in Beautiful Victorian

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.

The charming farm house is roughly 200 years old, located 2.5 hours from NYC, 25 minutes from the Hudson train station. Susie's Climax Creations is on a quiet dead end street. The apartment has a private entrance and completely self contained.
